TFCC Tear Stretches & Exercises -- Bob & Brad
My take: Bob & Brad are the most famous physical therapists on YouTube for a reason. This video covers TFCC anatomy, how tears happen, and walks through stretches and exercises for recovery. Clear demonstrations with good form cues. Great starting point if you just got diagnosed.

TFCC Load Test -- Self-Assessment
My take: Short and practical. Shows you how to perform the TFCC load test on yourself to assess your injury. Useful for tracking your recovery progress over time -- I do this test weekly to see how I'm improving.

6-Way Wrist Strengthening Exercise
My take: Simple but effective wrist strengthening protocol that targets all six directions of wrist movement. Good for Phase 2 onward when you're cleared for gentle strengthening. I use this as part of my daily rehab routine.
Relevant phases:Phase 2Phase 3
PVC Pronation & Supination Exercise
My take: Demonstrates pronation and supination exercises using a PVC pipe for controlled resistance. Forearm rotation is one of the last movements to recover with TFCC tears, so this exercise is key. Start light and progress slowly.

Push-Up Progression for Wrist Recovery
My take: If you miss doing push-ups, this video shows a smart progression from wall push-ups to full floor push-ups. Key insight: use fists or push-up handles to keep wrists neutral. Don't rush this -- I waited until Phase 3 to even start wall push-ups.

Arthroscopic TFCC Repair Surgery -- Surgeon's View
My take: Actual arthroscopic footage from hand surgeon Mike Hayton showing a TFCC repair procedure. Fascinating if you're curious about what happens during surgery. Warning: it's real surgical footage, so skip if that's not your thing. Helped me understand why recovery takes so long.
